Data practices
Privacy policy
Fautor is the public name of the owner-operated personal assistant running on the Dominus system. The Google authorization screen may identify the underlying application as Dominus. It accesses connected information only within the authorized account scope and current source policy.

Information accessed
For an authorized Google account, Fautor may access Gmail message bodies, headers and addresses, labels, message and thread identifiers, dates and attachments. Granted permissions and enabled workflows determine which reads and mail actions are available. Other explicitly connected sources can provide calendar events, reminders and home media metadata.
How information is used
Account data supports synchronization, search, source-attributed answers, summaries and owner-requested or configured workflows. Mail sending or organization uses the applicable permission and approval checks. Fautor does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Storage and access
The assistant runs on the owner's Mac. Its runtime source-data store and content blobs are encrypted locally; connector credentials are stored in macOS Keychain. Non-secret application configuration is also stored locally, including in ordinary SQLite files. Audit and provenance records support access checks and explain the sources of results. Copies may also exist in owner-managed backups. The owner controls device access and configured retention.
Processing and sharing
Authorized operations communicate with the connected provider's APIs. Telegram can receive owner-directed notifications and answers. Where current source policy permits external processing, relevant content may be sent to the owner's configured AI providers for inference; denied sources remain excluded. Provider services have their own terms and data handling practices. The public website receives no mailbox content or account credentials.
Human access to connected content is limited to the owner and any access the owner explicitly authorizes for a specific purpose, including support, security, legal compliance or the application's intended functionality. Website hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which may process request information such as IP addresses and technical logs for delivery and security. These pages use no analytics scripts, tracking cookies or web forms.
Retention, revocation and deletion
The owner can pause or disconnect a source and revoke Google's authorization in the Google account permissions settings. Disconnecting removes its credential and binding; retained local source data and audit history are not automatically erased. Provider-side deletion likewise does not automatically delete a local copy. Local erasure is a separate explicit request, and owner-managed backups must be handled separately. Revocation prevents future authorized API access once effective.
Google Limited Use
Fautor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Contact and changes
For support, access questions or deletion requests, contact the application's support address displayed on the Google authorization screen. This policy is updated when the application's actual data practices change. The current version is dated October 14, 2026.
